Mr McGregor, a resident of Malta, is the COO of Prestige Capital Management Limited, an executive director of Prestige Holdings Limited, Prestige Fund Management Limited and Prestige Asset Distribution Limited, and a director of various internationally-domiciled Prestige Funds. Joseph Aquilina (Malta)

Mr Aquilina is a resident of Malta and has been active in the investment services industry since 1997. He serves as one of the Investment Advisors of Prestige Capital Management Limited of which he is also a Director, and the company Money Laundering Reporting Officer. He later moved over to the private sector and initially worked for 2 years in Germany and later became Malta Representative (Prokurist) and start-up General Manager of the local plant of Bogner GmbH, a top brand German Manufacturer. Mr Aquilina then became involved with the Telecommunications Industry, initially as Malta Representative of Mtel Communications of Jackson, Mississippi, USA and as the start-up Managing Director for SkyTel paging services. Subsequently, as Managing Director he started-up a Malta-based subsidiary company (covering the Mediterranean, Middle East and the Gulf area) of OMI Plc of London, a multi-discipline consultancy. In this consultancy role Mr Aquilina also acted as Hospital Director for Capua Palace Hospital from 1999 to 2003. His most recent assignment saw him as CEO of Melita Cable plc, a quadruple play telecoms company, then a subsidiary of Liberty Global of Denver, Colorado. Mr Aquilina has served in a quasi-judicial capacity on various Arbitration and Appeal Boards of various public Corporations and was Chairman of an Arbitration Board. From 2003 to 2007 he was a court-appointed Provisional Administrator of Price Club (Holdings) Limited, a landmark case for defining Directors’ duties and responsibilities under Maltese company law.
