David is an Executive Director, Chairman and shareholder of Prestige Asset Management Limited.

He has nearly 40 years of investment experience and has held a variety of senior roles at Williams de Broe (WdB) (latterly a UK-based subsidiary of ING whilst its investment management company was recently acquired by Investec) including those of Head of Institutional Sales, Chief Investment Officer and Chairman of the Investment Strategy Committee. While at WdB Mr Curling was also, for a time, a Director of Banque Brussels Lambert (Jersey). He was formerly a Non-Executive Director of the ARCH Group (a UK-based investment and financial risk consulting group).

He entered the mutual fund management industry in 1969 before becoming a specialist arbitrage dealer for James Capel in 1971. His early career was spent in the UK and South Africa as a practicing Chartered Accountant.

Craig is a Director and Founder of Prestige Capital Management Limited, Prestige Fund Management Limited, Prestige Asset Distribution Limited and Prestige International Marketing Services Limited and is a Board Director of various international Prestige Funds. He is also a Director of Nucleus Holdings Limited and is a co-founder and non-executive director of OpenFunds Investment Services AG.

Formerly Managing Director and co-founder of Platinum Capital Management Limited (an international asset management group). Formerly Head of Portfolio Management and Asset Allocation at Titan Capital Management Limited (an international asset management group). Prior experience as a Proprietary Trader at Gaiacorp Trading Limited (an international asset management group), Proprietary Trader at London Currency Exchange Limited (a private client / proprietary trading house) and an internship at Bank of America (London). He has also previously provided retained consultancy services to a large London-based international family office, a large London-based international stock broker, a London-based pension consulting group and a London-based international real estate investment group.

He has nearly 25 years of experience in financial services as a professional investment manager, trader and investor of alternative investments, hedge funds, capital markets and real estate and has written several articles for various financial publications journals including the AIMA Journal. He has served as a Board Director on over 20 international Funds. Mr Reeves graduated with a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from Huddersfield University and a Higher National Diploma in Business and Finance from University of Greenwich (London). He also attended the New York Institute of Finance (NYIF) where he studied various financial markets and derivative trading courses and is also a member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI).

Deborah is an Executive Director, Chief Operating Officer and shareholder of Prestige Asset Management Limited and is an Executive Director of Privilege Holdings Limited.

She has over 20 years’ experience in business administration, process management and development, delivering a wide range of both client and supplier focused solutions. She was formerly Director of Client Services at an international asset management group with approximately USD 1 billion under management. She has also held several operational and management roles within supply chain and contract management at Gardline Marine Sciences (the world’s largest independently-owned marine survey company), Aviva plc, the largest UK insurance company and the Rotch Property Group.

Robert is a director of Prestige Capital Management Limited, Prestige Fund Management Limited and Prime Holdings Limited and a director of various Prestige Funds.

His early background was in financial services as a financial markets trader in London running large proprietary trading books at Bankers Trust (an investment bank), Chemical Bank (an investment bank) and Royal Trust Bank (an investment bank). In 1994 he became a founder member and director of London based City Fund Management Limited (an investment manager), where his primary responsibilities were for operations and risk management. In 2005 he relocated to Grand Cayman and set up City Fund Management (Cayman) Limited (a risk management consultancy) that supported investment management companies in London, Cayman and the Bahamas. In 2011 he relocated to Malta to help establish Prestige Capital Management Limited, and is now based in the UK.

David is a Director of Prestige Capital Management Limited. He currently acts as Non-Executive Director, Money Laundering Reporting Officer and Compliance Officer on a variety of international Funds and Fund managers including UCITS Management Companies.

Prior to Cordium, he was group financial controller of a diversified group of companies and between 2004 and 2008, he was Chief Officer for Corporate Services at Malta Enterprise Corporation, the agency responsible for foreign direct investment and support to industry in Malta. He started his career in 1992 at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) where he spent 12 years in business assurance where, as a manager, he was responsible for a significant portfolio of clients in various industries. At PwC he was also involved in a number of special assignments including high profile financial investigations. He has been a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants since 1998 and has attended significant training in corporate governance, regulatory compliance and financial services.

Peter began his career with Coopers & Lybrand (PWC) in 1976 working in their Belfast and Edinburgh offices, before being transferred by them to the Cayman Islands. He and a former Coopers & Lybrand colleague subsequently established Benbow Anderson & Co., (a firm of Chartered Accountants) which provided both accounting and additional services. Several years later, Benbow Anderson & Co. was acquired by Deloitte Touche (an international accounting firm) at which point he became a Director of both Deloitte Touche and its sister partnership, Rawlinson & Hunter, and specialised in the management of Funds and Trusts. He initiated and oversaw the development of a subsequent joint venture between Rawlinson & Hunter and Smith & Williamson (RHSW Caribbean Limited or ‘RHSW’) which has become well known for its restructuring and liquidation expertise.

He was awarded a BSc (Econ) Hons from Queen’s University, Belfast, and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Ireland. He is a past President of the Cayman Islands Society of Professional Accountants.

Luc is an Executive Director of Prestige Luxco Holdings 1 Sàrl and Prestige Luxco Holdings 2 Sàrl finance and lending operating companies and also acts as a Board Advisor to Prestige.

He is also the Managing Partner of DMS & Associés Sàrl, a member of DFK International, a Luxembourg-based specialist accounting, tax and consulting firm with areas of expertise in business valuation, consolidation, external auditing and business consulting, focusing on financial companies, international structures, private equity and other professionals within the financial sector. He has extensive experience in the establishment and management of Luxembourg Soparfis and international structures and was formerly employed at Arthur Andersen and Cie.

He graduated from Universite de Nancy II with Maitrise et Sciences Economiques. He is also a certified External Auditor, a former member of the Institut des Reviseurs d’Enterprises, Luxembourgeois (IRED), a Certified chartered accountant and a member of the Ordre des Experts Comptables Luxembourgeois (OECL). He is fluent in French, English, German and Luxembourgish.

Joseph has been active in the investment services industry since 1997 and serves as one of the Investment Advisors of Prestige Capital Management Limited, of which he is also a Director and the company Money Laundering Reporting Officer. He also serves as a non-executive Director, Investment Advisor and Money Laundering Reporting Officer on a number of companies, funds, UCITS and non-UCITS, hedge funds, fund managers, SICAVs and commodity traders, as well as a local Maltese financial services and insurance PLCs regulated by MFSA in Malta. In 1971 he was an Alumnus of the Management Development Programme of the Cranfield Business School. He is a Certified Secretary and Administrator and in 2001 qualified as an Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. A Fellow of the Malta Institute of Management, he served as that Institute’s Secretary and later as Vice-President for several years. He was also Vice-President of the Malta Federation of Industry for some years.

He has a career spanning over 40 years, commencing with exposure at the highest levels of Public Service including a tour of duty at the Office of the Prime Minister under different administrations. He later moved over to the private sector and initially worked for two years in Germany, later becoming Malta Representative (Prokurist) and start-up General Manager of the local plant of Bogner GmbH, a top brand German manufacturer. He became involved with the Telecommunications Industry, initially as Malta Representative of Mtel Communications of Jackson, Mississippi, USA and as the start-up Managing Director for SkyTel paging services. Subsequently, as Managing Director, he started-up a Malta-based subsidiary company of OMI plc of London, a multi-discipline consultancy. In this consultancy role he acted as Hospital Director for Capua Palace Hospital from 1999 to 2003. His most recent assignment saw him as CEO of Melita Cable plc, a quadruple play telecoms company, then a subsidiary of Liberty Global of Denver, Colorado. He has served in a quasi-judicial capacity on various Arbitration and Appeal Boards of various public Corporations and was Chairman of an Arbitration Board. From 2003 to 2007 he was a court-appointed Provisional Administrator of Price Club (Holdings) Limited, a landmark case for defining Directors’ duties and responsibilities under Maltese company law.

Michael is a Non-Executive Officer of Prestige Asset Management Limited and a Board Advisor to Prestige.

He is also the founder of a UK-based specialist investment boutique, Rise Partners, focusing on financing and structured products which has provided retained services to international fund management groups. Prior to that Mr Romanek was Executive Director of a boutique advisory group, and Director of Alternative Investments for Fortis Bank’s Merchant Banking Division where his role spanned multiple business lines of the division, providing services to the alternative investment funds sector. Prior to this role, within Fortis he was Director of Business Development-Europe of Prime Fund Solutions. In this role he split his time between Europe and Asia-Pacific. Prior to joining Fortis he was Head of European Operations for a listed derivatives trading platform firm, YesTrader, and a consultant to and Business Development Manager for Group Deutsche Börse, where his responsibilities included the expansion of both their Eurex and Xetra platforms. He began his career in the early 1990s as a derivatives trader on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange followed by the London International Financial Futures and Options Exchange (now NYSE LIFFE).

Ebony is an independent Director of each of the Prestige Cayman-domiciled funds and has experience in all aspects of the operation of offshore investment funds including regulation, compliance, audit and administration, ensuring added value to the corporate governance of an investment fund. Ms Myles-Berry is employed by International Management Services Ltd (“IMS”), and serves as a Director on the boards of alternative investment funds and special purpose vehicles. Prior to joining IMS she was a Vice President at Maples Fiduciary Services (Cayman) Limited where she served as a Director for several years on a wide range of investment funds including multi-manager funds, hedge funds, private equity funds and segregated portfolio companies. In addition to providing director services, she also specialised in providing fiduciary services to unit trusts. Prior to that she worked at Walkers SPV Limited as a Business Analyst and at the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority (CIMA) as a Treasury Analyst. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business and Finance from Florida International University and a Certificate in Executive MBA studies from the University of Toronto. She also earned a Diploma in Fund Administration (Merit) from the University of Manchester.

She is a member of the Cayman Islands Directors Association and an Accredited Director of the Chartered Secretaries of Canada. She is also a Notary Public of the Cayman Islands.

Adam is a Director of Prestige SICAV plc and Director and co-Founder of ACA Compliance, a firm providing regulatory compliance, professional director services and other related services to the asset management industry.

He was previously at PricewaterhouseCoopers (1988-2002) as a manager in audit and subsequently as a senior consultant, in Malta, New York and San Francisco. He obtained experience advising small Fortune 50 companies in multiple industries across the USA and Europe and acquired a solid background in finance, management and operations. Between 2004 and 2007 he was the CFO and COO of a commodity trading advisor based in Malta and regulated by the MFSA. In 2008 a company he co-founded obtained a licence to operate as a property fund from the MFSA.

He was admitted as a member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants UK in 1996, graduated with a Master of Arts in Financial Services from the University of Malta in 2009 and obtained a Diploma in Corporate Finance, Treasury and Portfolio Management in 2010.

Raffaele is a Director of Prestige Fund Management Limited and Prestige Asset Distribution Limited. He is a resident of Switzerland and has over 20 years experience in the delivery of business advisory and consultancy services in the fields of international finance, tax management and trusts. His client base includes companies, corporate leaders and individuals. He has expertise in financial and tax consulting for foreign investment plans and businesses, reorganisation and restructuring projects and family businesses.

His private firm, Aurea Consulenti Associati SA, is located in Lugano, Switzerland and maintains its boutique character. He started his career in Italy in one of the ‘Big-Four’ independent international public accountant firms, working from 1987 to 1992, where he trained and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1989. From 1992 to 1996 he held positions as Senior Executive and Senior Manager with a merchant bank group and he served on the boards of many group companies mainly in Europe and South America.

He is an Economics graduate of the Catholic University of Milan and also attended various finance and tax courses including two postgraduate Masters courses in international taxation. He is member of the Registry of Company Auditors and the National Association of CFO in Italy and the Registry of Professional Trustees in Switzerland.
